1. How do I know if my order has been placed successfully?
Once you place an order, you will receive an automatic confirmation email. When your order has been dispatched, another email with your tracking number will be sent to you so you can follow your shipment.
2. How do I know when my order will arrive?
At checkout, you will see the estimated delivery time for each product. This may vary depending on the product’s location and your selected shipping method.
3. How do I return an item for a refund?
If the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached, you may return it within 30 days. Please follow the instructions on the return form, include the completed form inside your package, and ship it using a tracked service.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Refunds for full-priced items will be issued to your original payment method. Sale items are refundable via store credit only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
4. How do I exchange an item?
Items eligible for exchange must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned within 30 days with tags attached. Include the completed return form in your package. Once received, we will process your exchange within 2–3 business days and send a tracking number when your new item is shipped.
5. What is your returns policy?
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
- Must be returned within 30 days of receipt
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- We recommend using a tracked shipping method
- Sale items can be returned for store credit only
6. Something I purchased is now on sale. Can I get a price adjustment?
Unfortunately, we do not offer price adjustments on previous purchases due to high demand and limited stock availability.
7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Some exclusions may apply depending on destination. Shipping fees vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
8. How do I track my order
After placing an order, you will receive an email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched. You can also track your order by clicking “Track My Order” at the bottom of our website or via your confirmation email.
9. What size should I order?
We use standard U.S. sizing unless otherwise stated. You can find our Size Guide on every product page, either beside the size selection or within the product description.
10. I saw a product on social media but can’t find it on your site.
If it is part of a new collection, it may not be live on the website yet. Alternatively, the item may have been discontinued or was part of a limited release and is no longer available.
11. My package shows as delivered but I haven’t received it.
Please check around your delivery address (porch, mailbox, behind planters or fences). Also check with neighbors or building management.
If you still haven’t located your order after 10 business days, please contact our support team and provide:
- Your full name
- Order number
- Email address used during checkout
- Shipping address
We also recommend contacting the carrier directly or your mail forwarding company if applicable.
12. My promo code or gift card isn’t working.
Please ensure the promo code is valid and applicable to the items in your order. Gift cards must be entered separately. If you experience issues, contact our support team and include a screenshot of the problem.
