Returns

We understand that sometimes a product may not be the right fit. At TrendyPrettyGirl, we accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • All original tags and labels must be attached
  • The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging

Return shipping costs are not covered by TrendyPrettyGirl. We recommend using a reliable shipping service with tracking to ensure the safe return of your item.

A returns sheet is included with your order to guide you through the process. If you misplaced it, please contact us at service@trendyprettygirl.com and we will assist you.

Please make sure to clearly indicate whether you are requesting a refund or an exchange on the returns form.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 2–3 business days of receiving your return.
Please note:

  • It may take up to 7 business days for your bank to process the refund, depending on their policies.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • We are not responsible for returned items lost in transit. Always keep your return tracking number.

We also offer store credit as an alternative to a card refund. Store credit will be issued via email as a redeemable code and is typically available within 2–3 business days of return approval.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style (subject to availability), you may do so within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

  • The item must be unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached
  • You must follow the return instructions and indicate the item you wish to exchange for

Exchange orders are processed within 2–3 business days after we receive your return.
We do not charge extra shipping fees for sending the exchanged item to you (limited to 2 exchanges per item).

If your desired replacement item has a higher price, the price difference must be covered before shipment. If the replacement is less expensive, we will refund the difference to your original payment method or issue store credit.

Late Returns

Items returned after 30 days of receipt are not eligible for refund or exchange and may be returned to the sender.

Return Method

We recommend returning items via your local post office with a signed-for service and a tracking number. This helps ensure your return is delivered safely and can be tracked.

Our Return Policy Summary

  • All returns must be in original, unworn condition
  • All security tags and labels must be intact
  • Items that are damaged, soiled, or altered will not be accepted and may be sent back
  • We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy

Damaged or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support at service@trendyprettygirl.com before returning the item. We will provide instructions to resolve the issue promptly.
